Producer- The producer In productions is responsible for coordinating and supervising problems such as funding, arranging and hiring key personnel. The producer is around and in charge for the entire process
Director- They are responsible for over-seeing the creative aspects of a production. They direct the performance of actors and have part in picking locations for shooting. They also have to have knowledge of technical details like camera and lighting and how to position and use these certain things.
Screen Writer- Screen writers (Script writers) Are responsible for developing a narrative for characters and creating a plot. They must ensure that dialogue flows naturally and that other narrative instructions are laid out efficiently and understandably
 Skeleton Crew
A skeleton crew is that of which consists of 5 people. It’s a very small crew of people that work collectively on set to achieve to goal of creating a production.

Director Photography
By having a director photography apart of your team it means a director does not have to spend a large amount of their time focusing on lighting and camera and other things within that category. Instead they can spend their time focusing on actors and the scenes being shot. Director photographers have experience within the field of cinematography. When working with a director photographer you must make sure they share the same/ or can understand your vision. In conclusion having a DP apart of your crew would make the overall pre-production process regarding directing more efficient in regard of time.
Makeup/ Hair
A makeup artist is an essential part of creating a personality for a character in any sort of production. Their creative skill is valued in terms of the fact that they allow actors to feel more comfortable and a part of their role. They are also successful in special efx make up and creating the look of bloody and gory effects is they are necessary. Makeup artists mostly provide and use their own makeup. In low budget or amateur films to save money actors could use their own makeup to save money but in more professional productions it is vital that the makeup artists and hair dressers have the suitable equipment.
Production Assistant
A production assistant’s main role within the film industry is to essentially manage all aspects of the production. For example, they are responsible for making sure that every member of the crew is doing their job successfully and that the production is moving along efficiently. A production assistant could possibly be considered a substitute that stand in and completes others jobs when time is running out or something has not gone to plan.
Gaffer/Grip
A Gaffer/ Grip has to be knowledgeable and skilled as their main job is to make sure that the production is running smooth and efficiently with their skills in the field of electrical work. They will be able to speed up the process by completing things like setting up the lights, getting camera angles etc… they are also essential to the pre-production process as if there are any technical difficulties they will be able so sort them out quickly to not cause any complications in terms of deadlines.
Location Audio
Sound within films make the production look much more professional therefore being a location sound recordists is one of the most important jobs on set. Most audiences would agree that a film with poor visuals and perfects sound is a much better film than that of poor sound and perfect visuals.
